Choosing a reproductive endocrinologist and IVF facility takes patience and diligence. I cannot thank Gold Coast Ivf, all the staff enough for helping me reach 20 weeks with my miracle! After having miscarriage after conceiving naturally I had to have a d&c. This led to me developing ashermans syndrome. After many surgeries and a doctor telling me at age 30 that I’d never carry my own children. I called Gold Coast for a second opinion. Dr. palter was very honest and upfront he told me he could not make any promises but that he would do the best he can. It took him one surgery to remove it all and even those it took a couple months and the right method we were able to get my lining to look good and be enough to transfer. I’m happy to report we are 20 weeks and fan out of anatomy scan completely in awe of how well he is doing growing ahead and looks perfect all the way around. I know we would not be here today without the entire Gold Coast Ivf! The travel the flights was worth it. I owe them so much because I was in a very dark place and they did not give up after one try. Jake Hillel Sadeh has arrived!!! This not-so-little bundle arrived at 7:57am. He was 9lbs 14oz and 22.5 inches long! Big sister Tessa is doing amazing and thriving more with each day that passes. Overjoyed and blessed don’t do it justice. As we got prepped in labor and delivery, we recapped the last 9 months going back to our transfer day. What a journey it’s been for our family going back to when I had my first retrieval. After getting pregnant and having Tessa, Ophir and I couldn’t imagine doing this process with any other team. Dr. Palter and everyone at Gold Coast are second to none and we are FOREVER grateful to all of you for making all of our wildest dreams come true. Our perfect family is complete and we never would’ve been able to achieve it without you. Need you all to meet another one of your miracle babies!

After a discouraging experience at another clinic, I found Dr. Palter on TikTok—and I’m so glad I did. From my very first call with Monique to set my first appointment, I felt at ease. This is the best clinic on Long Island! The whole staff is great and very helpful. Dr. P made sure he did all my testing and scans prior to starting my treatment.
